These Terms govern your use of:

  • Our Virtual Receptionist Services
  • Live Chat & Customer Support Services
  • Our website, dashboards, portals, and software tools
  • Any mobile applications or third-party integrations

(Collectively referred to as the “Services”).

By using our Services, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.


1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By accessing or using The Callify Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree, you must not use our Services.

You confirm that:

  • You are legally able to enter a contract
  • If using on behalf of a company, you have authority to bind that company

We may record calls and chats for:

  • Quality assurance
  • Training
  • Service improvement

2. OUR SERVICES

The Callify provides:

  • Virtual receptionist solutions
  • Live chat support
  • Customer communication management
  • Business support tools

We aim to help businesses manage calls, leads, and customer interactions efficiently.


3. SUBSCRIPTIONS & PLANS

When you subscribe:

  • Your plan starts immediately
  • Billing is monthly (30-day cycle)
  • Subscription renews automatically unless cancelled

We may:

  • Update pricing
  • Modify plans
  • Introduce new features

Account Registration

You must:

  • Provide accurate information
  • Keep login details secure
  • Notify us of unauthorized access

You are responsible for all activity under your account.


Usage Measurement

Receptionist Minutes
  • Calls are billed per minute
  • Rounded to the next 60 seconds
  • Includes call handling + after-call work

Live Chat (Engaged Chats)

A chat is billable when:

  • A real interaction happens with a visitor
  • Ends when chat closes

Non-billable chats include:

  • Spam
  • Bots
  • Instant exits

4. FEES & PAYMENTS

You agree to pay:

  1. Monthly Subscription Fee (Advance)
  2. Overage Charges (if usage exceeds limits)

Payment Terms:

  • Payments are non-refundable (except special cases)
  • Billing starts immediately upon signup
  • You must maintain a valid payment method

We may:

  • Suspend services for non-payment
  • Charge late fees

5. CANCELLATION & CHANGES

You can:

  • Upgrade anytime (effective immediately)
  • Downgrade (after minimum usage period)
  • Cancel anytime (effective at end of billing cycle)

Some promotions or trial offers may include refund conditions.


6. CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITIES

You agree to:

  • Use services legally
  • Respect our staff
  • Not misuse or abuse the system

You are responsible for:

  • Your team/users
  • Customer data you provide
  • Compliance with privacy laws

7. PROHIBITED USE

You may NOT use The Callify Services for:

  • Illegal activities
  • Fraud or deception
  • Spam or harassment
  • Adult or inappropriate services
  • Hate speech or harmful content

Violation may result in immediate termination.


8. DATA & PRIVACY

We collect and process data according to our Privacy Policy.

Data Retention:
  • General data: up to 24 months
  • Call recordings: up to 90 days

We are not responsible for data loss after deletion or account termination.


9. COMMUNICATIONS

By using our Services, you agree to receive:

  • Service updates
  • Account notifications
  • Support messages

You may receive SMS or email communications.

You can opt out of marketing messages anytime.


10. SERVICE AVAILABILITY

We aim for high uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service.

Downtime may occur due to:

  • Maintenance
  • Technical issues
  • External factors

We are not liable for service interruptions.


11. THIRD PARTY INTEGRATIONS

Our Services may integrate with third-party tools.

We are not responsible for:

  • Third-party performance
  • Their policies or actions

Use them at your own risk.


12. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content, branding, and software are owned by The Callify.

You may NOT:

  • Copy
  • Resell
  • Modify
  • Reverse engineer

without permission.


13. USER CONTENT

If you submit content (messages, data, feedback):

  • You confirm you have rights to share it
  • You grant us permission to use it for service improvement

We may remove content if it violates policies.


14. DISCLAIMER (NO WARRANTIES)

Services are provided “as is”.

We do NOT guarantee:

  • Error-free operation
  • Continuous availability
  • Specific business results

Use is at your own risk.


15. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

The Callify is NOT liable for:

  • Business losses
  • Missed calls or messages
  • Indirect damages

Maximum liability is limited to your subscription amount.


16. TERMINATION

We may suspend or terminate your account if:

  • You violate Terms
  • You fail to pay
  • You misuse Services

You may stop using Services at any time.


17. CHANGES TO TERMS

We may update these Terms anytime.

Continued use = acceptance of updates.
